Water Ionizer Express has what we believe the best guarantee and return policy in the water ionizer industry. If for whatever reason you wish to return an ionizer within 60 days you will receive a full refund less shipping charges. You must however follow these directions to get credit.
- You must keep all original packing material,original box and promotional items included in the original box. These must be returned with the ionizer. Any water ionizer that has been accidentally or intentially damaged will be sent back to sender without credit. Ionizer must be in "like new" condition.
- You must contact us first by either phone or email so we can explain how to pack the ionizer (if it's been used) to avoid water damage. If you fail to contact us first and ship without a Return Authorization and the water ionizer is damaged you may not be entitled to any refund.
- If for whatever reason the ionizer isn't working properly (very unlikely), you must contact us for the correct address to send the ionizer to as each manufacturer has its own repair facility.
- You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
- That being said, we have an extremely low return rate, as our customer seem extremely happy with their ionizer purchase!
